Haha, yes I cooked. Honestly I'm not much of a cook person. But again, due to health reason, I'd try to cook during one of the days in the weekend.
I don't do fancy dishes :P Simple ones, preferably stir-fried or steamed. LOL~
First dish, chopped
choi sum with minced meat. For this dish, the usual bigger
choi sum works better than those Hong Kong or smaller ones.

I <3 potatoes. Especially mashed ones :) So next dish was mashed potato with minced meat. Why minced meat again? LOL, usually because the portion of meat I buy from the supermarket is too much for one dish alone, since I was only cooking for two, so I have to split them :P

And for the meat dish, steamed chicken meat with pickled lettuce. It's a very simple dish but tastes very appetizing because of the pickled lettuce :)

So there, 3 dishes for 2 on 1 night of dinner :)
