Went on a bug outing with some colleagues to the Taman Rimba Kiara in TTDI. Came back with a few photos. And lotsa mozzie bites too -_-"
So yeah, you can pretty much expect posts with bug shots for these few days LOL~
This place (and probably just like any other parks or forest reserves) is never without ants. They're practically everywhere, especially at the sides of the walkways. If you're a virgin in bugging, you'll never not have a subject to try on :)
An army of black ants moving back and forth their anthole.

So yes, ants. They were everywhere. All types of ants. On walkways. On top of trees. Sometimes, just be careful where you step on :P

Red weaver ants were everywhere. I'm terrified. One bite will send you screaming :P
I spotted them weaving together some leaves on top of a tree. So I looked up and saw that they were practically everywhere on the tree. I wasn't wearing a cap, and I didn't have an umbrealla with me. So I dropped the idea of standing under the tree to take pictures. In case any dropped on me :P
So I took those on the ground. I saw some of them carrying their dead comrades.

Another one carrying a few sun-baked comrades

And then there was also another big gathering among the red weaver ants. My colleague said they were probably having an AGM LOL~ But seeing so many of these red weaver ants can send the shiver down your spine!
Fighting for food?

AGM in progress

Next up, a few more ants shot :D
