Happy Father's Day
Monday, June 22, 2009
It was Father's Day yesterday. We kinda ran out of ideas where to go for dinner. We were pretty sure everywhere would be packed. So we decided on Marché Mövenpick @ The Curve. Again :P

Marché passport. Each patron will be given one.

Yes, you just might guessed it. This is a foodie post. Not fantastic pics, just some snapshots taken with ol'trusty A620. Yeah, I was lazy to lug around the DSLR nowadays :P

To start it off, I'd usually order the mushroom soup. It's rich with loads of mushroom bits. Lovely!

Then I ordered for the ribeye steak. Quality not that good this time. Small serving for such a price, and it was a tad dry. Ordered it with a choice of the mushroom sauce.

Hubby ordered the roasted chicken. Not bad for the price of RM16.50. Came with 2 pieces of quarter chicken - drum and breast. Served with a choice of black pepper sauce.

MuffySis ordered the sauteed mushroom and lamb cutlet. I wonder why she likes the sauteed mushroom O_o The lamb cutlet was good nonetheless. Fair serving and cooked nicely.

And lastly but not least, the must-have Rösti. Grated potatoes baked to perfection, and then pan-fried. Sweet soft potatoes, with a touch of crisp from the pan-fried. Simply fabulous! You can choose to add on sausages or cheese or something else (forgot what else was available).

Next time you go, remember to try the Rösti :)
