Genting Lomo Style
Monday, May 04, 2009
I went to Genting with 2 empty batteries. And no charger. -_-"

I only managed the room shots. The battery decided to die on me the moment I started shooting around in the indoor park -_-" I thought the spare battery was fully charged, but I was so wrong -_-"

So I had to use the A620 ... whose batteries were also dying out. The low-batt indicator was already beeping -_-"

Been to Genting once too many times. So I didn't really know what to shoot anymore. So I just snapped >_< ... and decided to edit into lomo-style which I kinda like :)

So, story short ... pixies come ...

Riding the gondola. Visualising oneself in Venice -_-"

Riding away from the economic crisis -_-"

Shot while on the caterpillar ride

I think that's a helipad .. is it

Caterpillar ride coming to an end at the station

The tables and benches reminded me of my old school canteen

Accessing free wifi at Old Town White Coffee

Yes, I "shaved" off her eyebrow .. digitally

A cup of hot lemon tea in a cooling environment

View from the hotel room

I think I'm getting addicted to lomography effects -_-"

If this is simply shoot, then I shall keep my camera now. I would have needed to make lots of effort to get those shots.

By the way, how to do lomo effect! I is want to know!

Hey, nick! This is cross-processing ... I use GIMP to edit my pictures, so I've downloaded the Lomo plugin which will do this for me :D

If you're interested to know about cross-processing, you could do a google on it. There are a lot of tutorials and guides.

I don't think you're using GIMP, are you?

I use GIMP in the office, CS3 at home :P

I am sure there are some for CS3, the current Holga wan I have is way too slow.
