Light paint :D

Use a slow shutter of about 4 seconds, spot-meter for the spotlights, depress shutter button, then "draw" with your camera as though you're drawing on a chalkboard :D

There's another form of light painting whereby you move the light source - usually a torchlight - instead of the camera.
