i interpret this picture as the attack of the sewer roses. mutant roses from the sewers had enough of low fiber fertilizers are taking things into their hands. this picture is the start of their rebellion where they creep back out from the septic tank and into the real world to exact their revenge on mankind. so folks...please eat more veggie
