Was supposed to post this on Chinese New Year's eve, but then the line was so sh*tty ... I couldn't upload the pics :(

Did some last minute spring cleaning on CNY eve, and for this year, I have satt-fatt (sure prosper) 18 fishes :D



Lovely, aren't they?! :)

Then, there's also the usual nian gao for CNY.



And this year, we've also got the pussy willow for the home. But these pussy willows are not the usual ones you get in stalks, but these are still growing from the pot >_<



I got them from the NiuZeXui (CowCarWater) place in Ara Damansara. They've even got the green leaves growing from the stalks -_-" Yes, I'm that jakun :P

And of course, not forgetting probably the happiest thing anyone would want to receive during this celebration ... ang pows :)



It's Chinese New Year already anyway. The first day has just gone by with visiting our parents and in-laws. Now we're already into the beginning of the second day.

Wishing you all a happy and prosperous Chinese New Year. For those who will be driving and travelling, have a safe and warm trip. And even if you're not celebrating, have a great holiday.
