Had some yummy-licious food during the weekend >_<
*drools*
On Saturday nite, hubby and I hopped over to Pizza Uno at BU Centerpoint after church. Had again the "must eat" Alla Vongole - pasta served with clams in light sauce. Heavenly! Also had the usual Iced Chocolate. Another "must try" for those of you who likes chocolate ;) Hubby had the Half Fried Chicken, which he commented was average. Probably because he got the "thigh" part instead of the breasts >_< As for me, I'm not really a meaty person and I'm pretty much a very
lazy eater, so I usually won't go for food that needs cutting and scraping in between bones and all :P

The vongole was just awesome! So awesome, you won't leave anything behind!

Then on Sunday, I had some pleasant satisfaction from some tidbits. Like this fried dumpling from Esquire Kitchen, 1-Utama, which we ordered during lunch after the
dog carnival at the Central Park. Slight crispiness on the dumpling coupled with the aromatic minced meat inside. Mmmmmmm .......
And the best thing, now they serve in a plate of 6-dumplings. Before this, they only serve in 10s.
We finally don't need to stuff ourselves until
jelak anymore :)

Then in the evening, we dropped by SS2 to get some goreng pisang! Oh, the fried stuffs I got that evening were just perfect (minus the oil!) Crispy and warm to the right touch. The goreng pisang, fried cempedak and the
nian-gao sandwich. Well, I don't know what you call it but it's a slice of
nian-gao sandwiched in between yams.

The banana was sweet and ripe! And the best part ... I finally got to eat some fried cempedak! After what felt like eternity :P And the ones I got that evening were really sweet on the inside and crispy on the outside. Just the right taste!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm .....
*think-think oso drool liao*
