Yah yah. Am happy >_< Coz I finally got a new phone after much pondering the past few days. Went to the Atlantis phone store at SS2 during the night. To finally settle on which phone I want. And at the end of it, I chose the Nokia 6110 Navigator.



I chose the white colour over the black one. Yeah, it's so unlike me coz black has always been my default colour -_-" (See my closet and you'll know *LOL*) The 6110's casing has a rather glossy/mirror finishing, so it's very prone to fingerprints and oil and is very evident on the black. Just playing around with it for a while was enough to make me feel "Eeew, looks dirty and oily!". Hence, the white colour. Hope it won't turn yellowish after some time *cross fingers*



I was weighing between this and the Sony Ericsson K810i. I like the SE for its camera capabilities, but was pretty much disappointed with the joystick and the comfort of using the keypad. The joystick was a little wee bit too tiny and sunk in, even for small (and delicate) fingers like mine :P I've also heard comments of SE being prone to crashing and hang-ups. So those got me a little doubtful.



On the other hand, I've wanted a slide phone for quite some time already, but pity the 6110's camera quality was only so-so! But it's got GPS >_< And yeah, it's a Nokia afterall. My past 3 phones have all been Nokia!

But I really dig the SE's camera. So finally after playing around with the phones and much thinking, I went with the 6110. I got it for RM1660, around 200+ more than the SE. Guess I'll have to be eating roti putih (white bread) for the next few months *LOL*

So far, the phone's ok. Haven't really tested it out thoroughly especially with the GPS. I'm still figuring out how the apps and maps work *blushes*



Isn't it nice? (above) The phone came with a protective sticker on the screen which had designs that align with the graphics on the startup screen of the GPS app -_-"

Oh, hubby also got himself a Motorola MOTORAZR V3. For a really very interesting price :D







The keypad looks cool :) I was actually a little surprised too that he made the splurge in such a short period of time, but well ...... now we can video call each other when we're in different bathrooms dropping off some waste *LOL*
