Woo-hooooo! Oh yeah, it works man! Gosh ... I'm so jakun *blushes* Hehe.

Was trying out the GPS on my phone last night and this morning. I was running the NavFONE GPS app by Agis on my 6110. The Route66 didn't have maps for Klang Valley.

I'm still struggling how to search the map, so I can pinpoint my start and destination points. Doing a search this morning actually led me to somewhere in KL when I actually specified a PJ place. It'd also be nice if the search result is zoomed in all the way to the place found, rather than zoomed out. Coz when you zoom in, it doesn't zoom into where your cursor is placed. Instead it zooms into the center of the screen.

Another thing is ... it will get you to where you want to go. But not necessarily via the ideal/best route *roll eyes*. Maybe the map is not that updated yet! But of course, you can switch between alternate routes.

And sometimes, the voice navigation comes a little too late. Like when I was supposed to make a left turn this morning, it only came on as I was already making the turn halfway through -_-" And when the route has an immediate right-turning after a left-turning, the voice only came on for the left turn and didn't for the right turn. Luckily I was just testing and knew my way :P Well, maybe it's due to me depending solely on the satellite signals and without GSM. Kiamsiap mar, later charge me a leg and an arm how??!!!

Plus, it's be nice too if it could be a little more detailed like "Approaching traffic lights." and "Turn right at the traffic lights.". Even better, "Keep right." -_-" Or even better, "Turn left, and immediately keep right." -_-" And, so far I have yet to hear it go "Make a U-turn here." Haha, maybe I'm asking too much :P But need to practise safe-driving mar!!!
