Yes, the birth of my website, this site! Finally, after years and years of procrastination and hesitation.

If it wasn't for the encouragement of my hubby who so kindly bought me the hosting account for my birthday this year :) I bet I wouldn't be writing this first journal ever, and this site wouldn't come into realisation for many more years!



One day, my hubby was casually telling me that I should set up a photography website and see if I could earn any side income from it. Of course, I do not have any intentions of earning anything from setting up this website, but then a website was infact something which I have long wanted. Somewhere where I can post and share my snapshots and pictures, and probably blog about them. But I just didn't know if paying for the hosting plans and domains and all would be worth it, and if I'll ever be able to afford it over the years. Then suddenly this idea dawned unto me, heck why not I just ask for a hosting account as my birthday gift (thick-face!!!).



So, the hosting account and domains have been registered and bought. Now, it was down to the design and creation of the site. Initially, I tried to get my designer friend to help get it done for me. But due to work commitments, he couldn't ... and so I'm down to having to do it by myself. First off, I'm really bad at design and creative thingies ... so I decided to go with my heart and come out with something simple. I like black, and so my first design is gonna be blacks, greys and whites. And I've always had a inclination for film negatives as borders!

I'm really glad I finally managed to get it done and up.
